They are a very nice couple. We swapped adoption stories and chatted for a couple hours. This is a picture they took of us.

This is a legal agreement between Louisiana and Wisconsin that the adopted twins are allowed to leave the state and live in WI. It can take about 2 weeks for the compact to be signed by both states.
